Requirements

• Technology Scouting: Stay updated on emerging automation, robotics, and control technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and cost efficiency
• Vendor Evaluation: Compare multiple automation vendors based on performance, reliability, maintainability, and ROI to recommend the best-fit solution
• System Design Innovation: Design and validate integrated automation systems that enhance throughput, reduce manual effort, and improve sorting accuracy
• Design the warehouse in CAD tools for optimising manpower material movement
• Breakdown RCA: Conduct root cause analysis of part and system failures to prevent recurrence and enhance equipment reliability
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce maintenance and operational costs without compromising performance or reliability
