• About the Role We are looking for a sharp, business-minded legal professional to join our Legal Team as Manager - Legal.

Requirements

• Own and drive the end-to-end contracting lifecycle, including drafting agreements from scratch, reviewing and redlining counterparty templates, leading negotiations, and ensuring timely closure aligned with business objectives
• Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/technology, and strategic partnership contracts
• Provide proactive legal advisory on new business initiatives, product launches, and strategic projects, ensuring legal and regulatory risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated prior to go-live
• Advise on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws
• Support and execute corporate transactions, including M A, joint ventures, investments, and corporate restructurings
• Act as the legal partner to the People (HR) team on employment-related matters, including drafting and reviewing employment agreements, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations, and developing, updating, and implementing internal employment policies
