What you'll do

• Roles We are looking for a Growth & Community Operations Lead to become one of the key faces of 7CodeArena across the Indian tech, creator, and gaming ecosystem.
• You will sit at the intersection of community growth, creator partnerships, content, live events, and internal operations.
• Your job is to turn the 7CodeArena vision into real conversations, creator collaborations, high-engagement content, and well-executed Battle Arena events.
• You'll work directly with founders and multiple internal guilds, Creator, Matrix, Logic, QA, Alliance, and Media, to keep growth initiatives moving from idea → execution → measurable outcome.
• This is a high-ownership role for someone who is outgoing, persistent, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and naturally driven to build relationships.
• We value networking ability, execution, communication, and real-world problem-solving over fancy degrees.
• Responsibility Growth & Community Build and execute growth initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and participation across the 7CodeArena ecosystem.
• Develop relationships with Indian tech creators, YouTubers, developers, gaming communities, and relevant community hubs.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
