Role Overview We are looking for a Trip Operations Intern to support our operations team in planning and executing group trips. The intern will assist with trip coordination, customer details, vendor coordination, documentation, and pre-trip preparations. What you'll do

• The intern will assist with trip coordination, customer details, vendor coordination, documentation, and pre-trip preparations.
• Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing and updating trip operation checklists .
• Maintain customer booking details, rooming lists, meal preferences, and other requirements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, train services, and other suppliers under the guidance of the Operations Team.
• Verify hotel bookings, vehicle details, train tickets, and other trip-related documents.
• Prepare and share necessary trip information with the Trip Captain before departure.
• Assist in preparing customer trip details, pickup information, and important instructions .

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, Scala.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
