Responsibilities of the Intern: Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Act as the core team manager to oversee day-to-day operations, monitor task progress, and ensure team outputs align with the company's broader strategic goals. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, hiring new interns, and facilitating their onboarding process

What you'll do

• Responsibilities of the Intern: Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Act as the core team manager to oversee day-to-day operations, monitor task progress, and ensure team outputs align with the company's broader strategic goals.
• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Drive the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, hiring new interns, and facilitating their onboarding process.
• Operational Coordination: Schedule, organize, and lead regular team meetings, performance check-ins, and strategic planning sessions to maintain seamless communication.
• Company Strategy & Growth: Work closely with leadership to brainstorm, develop, and execute company-wide strategies, going beyond traditional HR duties to actively drive organizational growth.
• Workforce & Culture Management: Manage team workloads, resolve operational bottlenecks, and foster a highly productive, collaborative, and positive work environment.
