What you'll do

• Over 12 weeks, you'll be embedded within a state-of-the-art Fulfillment Center, Sort Center, Delivery Station, or Amazon Air site, leading impactful projects that drive immediate improvements while developing hands-on problem-solving skills alongside senior leadership.
• Your days will involve collaborating with operations teams to identify process improvements, analyze workflows, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency.
• You'll participate in cross-functional meetings, gather data to support your projects, and present findings to leadership.
• Beyond your core project work, you'll have opportunities to shadow different departments, learn how various teams interconnect, and understand how your contributions fit into Amazon's broader operations network.
