  • AUTA-X is seeking a Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations across the internship lifecycle globally.
  • This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of our high touch programming agenda, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the success of our early talent initiatives.
  • This opportunity calls for a candidate willing to work effectively at scale, thrive in ambiguous situations, and deliver multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Key job responsibilities • Single threaded intern experience oversight for one or more global specialized programming, aligned to AUTA priorities.
  • • Design and scale tailored programming, events and operational excellence mechanisms to enable intern experience, manager experience and conversion goals.
