What you'll do

• The intern will assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities while gaining hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates through job portals and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and new employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
