- Collect and meticulously analyze feedback from various sources including users, Campus Ambassadors, and partners.
- Proactively identify product gaps, user pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform in-depth competitor and market research to inform product strategy.
- Coordinate all product feedback effectively with the Founder/Product team.
