• About the Role: Join our Legal team and work closely with the management and legal advisors to support commercial contracts, vendor compliance, regulatory research, and corporate documentation.
• This role is ideal for law students seeking practical exposure to corporate law, contract management, and risk mitigation in the industrial and B2B infrastructure sector.
• Responsibilities of the Intern: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
• Conduct legal research on corporate compliance, labour laws, factory regulations, and industrial contract frameworks.
• Help maintain and organize the company's legal database, case files, and statutory documentation.
• Monitor compliance timelines and support the preparation of internal corporate governance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure standard legal clauses and risk mitigation provisions are implemented during vendor onboarding.
• Requirements: Strong understanding of corporate law, contract frameworks, and commercial legal principles.
