Going to market is the hardest part of a young food brand, and this seat sits right in the middle of it. What You Will Do: Help plan and run go-to-market for new launches and new channels.

What you'll do

• About Beat Guilt: Beat Guilt is a better-for-you snacking brand from Inonaround Infinite, built for aspirational Indians who want taste and function in the same pack.
• Going to market is the hardest part of a young food brand, and this seat sits right in the middle of it.
• What You Will Do: Help plan and run go-to-market for new launches and new channels.
• Work on quick commerce and marketplace listings, pricing tests, and offer structures.
• Do the on-ground work: retail visits, sampling activations, and distributor conversations in and around Gurgaon.
• Bring back what customers actually say, not what we hope they say.
• What We Are Looking For: Willingness to leave the desk.
• A good part of this role happens in stores.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
