• Key Responsibilities Assist the HR team in day-to-day HR Operations activities.
• Assist with employee documentation .
• Support in maintaining and updating employee records and HR trackers .
• Get hands-on exposure to Keka HRMS.
• Support recruitment and hiring processes , including resume screening and candidate coordination.
• Candidate Profile Graduate pursuing/completed BBA, B.Com, MBA/PGDM, HR, MSW or a related course .
• Freshers and candidates looking for practical exposure to HR are welcome to apply.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
