What you'll do

• Join us to gain hands-on exposure to CSR consulting, project management, research, Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E), and impact assessment while contributing to meaningful social development projects.
• Responsibilities Support end-to-end CSR project planning and implementation.
• Conduct secondary research and assist in data collection.
• Assist in baseline, midline, endline, need assessment, and impact assessment studies.
• Support Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities and project tracking.
• Collect qualitative and quantitative data through surveys, interviews, FGDs, and field visits.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, Rust.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
