What you'll do

• ClgKart is hiring for Co-Founder & Growth / Marketing Lead About ClgKart ClgKart is an early-stage ecosystem platform designed to revolutionize the college student experience.
• We serve as the ultimate digital companion where students connect, access courses, organize campus events, share academic resources, and buy/sell peer-to-peer (C2C) study materials.
• We are building a lean, agile founding team focused on scaling across Indian universities.
• As a founding partner, you won't just run campaigns-you will shape the vision, user adoption, and trajectory of ClgKart from the ground up.
• Key Responsibilities Go-To-Market & Growth: Build and execute data-driven user acquisition and retention strategies to expand our campus footprint.
• Brand & Community Strategy: Direct digital marketing, social presence, content pipelines, and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/SEO) to position ClgKart as a household name among students.
• Campus & Ecosystem Partnerships: Establish strategic relationships with student organizations, campus ambassadors, university networks, and academic creators.
• Product-Growth Alignment: Work closely with technical co-founders to feed user insights, conversion data, and behavioral feedback directly into the product roadmap.
