Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from assigned leads. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. Qualify leads based on predefined eligibility criteria.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Qualify leads based on predefined eligibility criteria.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and processes clearly.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule callbacks and coordinate with the sales or operations team when required.
• Accurately update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM.
• Meet daily call targets, lead conversion targets, and productivity KPIs.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
