What you'll do

• We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and understanding what it takes to scale a mission-driven organization.
• Responsibilities of the Intern: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach and telephonic screening Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers Maintain and update candidate trackers and ATS with accurate, up-to-date information Support offer roll-out coordination and follow-ups with selected candidates Help track recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and funnel drop-offs Assist with employer branding tasks, including job postings, social media content, and outreach material Support campus hiring drives, job fairs, and other recruitment events as needed Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team Work closely with hiring managers across corporate and field/centre-based roles to understand hiring needs Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with new people Genuine interest in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition as a career path Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and candidates at once Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Good research skills and the ability to identify the right candidates for specific roles Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus Self-driven and comfortable working with targets and measurable outcomes Willingness to learn from sourcing results, iterate quickly, and try different recruitment approaches
