What you'll do

• About the Role: We are looking for a Talent Sourcer who will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and bringing high-quality Sales & GTM professionals into the GTM Playroom community.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, outreach, relationship building, and discovering great talent in the SaaS ecosystem.
• You will play a key role in building a strong pipeline of SDRs, AEs, AMs, CSMs, and other GTM professionals that our partner companies can hire from.
• Responsibilities: Source high-quality Sales & GTM talent across platforms such as LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for roles like SDR, AE, AM, CSM, Demand Gen, and Growth.
• Conduct initial outreach and engagement with potential candidates.
• Qualify candidates based on experience in SaaS selling, GTM motions, and role readiness.
• Maintain and update candidate data in the talent database/CRM.

Who can apply

• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
