• About the Company HW Deck is an academic support platform focused on helping students navigate their academic journey through structured academic guidance, research support, exam preparation and other student-focused academic resources.
• Our vision is to become a reliable academic support partner for students, initially focusing on the UK and subsequently expanding into other international markets.
• Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing: Source potential candidates through relevant platforms such as Unstop, LinkedIn and other approved recruitment channels.
• Search for candidates based on role-specific requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
• Identify candidates whose skills and interests match the requirements of each role.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, CVs and candidate profiles.
• Conduct initial screening based on predefined criteria.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, RAG.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
