What you'll do

• About the Role We're looking for a Content & Growth Intern to help build Innovate IO's organic content presence from the ground up.
• You'll work directly with the founder and contribute across the content lifecycle: Research - Ideation - Scripting - Production - Publishing - Analytics This is a remote-first role focused on ownership, creativity, and outcomes rather than fixed desk hours.
• What You'll Do Research AI, technology, education, and social-media trends.
• Identify content opportunities and audience interests.
• Develop ideas and contribute to the content calendar.
• Write hooks, captions, short-form scripts, and educational content.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, iOS.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
