• Conduct structured calls with Pradhans, teachers, shopkeepers, migrant families and other local stakeholders.
• Collect and organise primary and secondary research into structured datasets.
• Analyse the data to identify patterns and insights.
• Document findings and share recommendations.
• What we're looking for : Good communication and research skills.
• Comfortable making calls and speaking to people.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
