• Job Summary: KonnectNXT is offering a 3-month paid internship for the role of Customer Success Intern , designed for students and early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in Customer Success, Operations, and HRTech.
• As an intern, you'll work on live enterprise verification projects, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and gain hands-on exposure to SaaS-enabled verification workflows and client operations.
• Responsibilities of the Intern: Manage end-to-end background verification cases from initiation to closure.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, Rust, Scala.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
