• Responsibilities Support day-to-day operational and administrative activities Manage internal documents, trackers, and databases Coordinate with different team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks Assist with scheduling, hiring coordination, and internal communication Conduct market, competitor, and business research when required Support marketing activities such as content publishing, campaign coordination, and research Use AI tools to improve productivity and automate repetitive workflows Organize data, documents, and internal processes Handle miscellaneous operational and founder-related tasks as assigned Requirements Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication and coordination abilities Comfortable using Google Docs, Sheets, and other productivity tools Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Willingness to handle a mix of operations, administrative, and marketing tasks Strong eagerness to learn and take ownership of responsibilities
