What you'll do

• Detailed Skills & Responsibilities: Stock Market, Financial & Trend Intelligence: Earnings & Filings Analysis: Uses AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity) to digest 10-K/10-Q reports, investor presentations, and earnings call transcripts within minutes.
• Macro & Sector Tracking: Monitors stock movements, sector trends, regulatory shifts, and economic indicators using platforms like Screener.in, Yahoo Finance, or Trendlyne.
• Competitor Economics: Tracks competitor funding rounds, public filings, unit economics, pricing adjustments, and market share changes.
• Insight Synthesis: Translates dense financial jargon into plain, actionable summaries for internal strategy and external marketing.
• User Mindset & Consumer Psychology: Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD) Framing: Identifies the core psychological drivers behind why users buy, switch, or churn (e.g., status, fear of falling behind, saving time).
• Social Listening: Monitors Reddit, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, App Store reviews, and specialized forums to catch unvarnished customer complaints and desires.
• Qualitative Feedback Loops: Runs micro-surveys and reviews customer interview transcripts to pull raw, emotional quotes to use in ad copy and content hooks.
• Product, Feature & Offering Teardowns: App & Workflow Teardowns: Continuously tests competitor apps and industry platforms, screenshotting frictionless UI/UX patterns as well as dark patterns.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, RAG, Figma.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
