What you'll do

• Role: Find, screen and onboard talent across our verticals - starting with our campus ambassador program and expanding into hiring for other teams as we grow.
• This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, not a shadowing internship.
• Responsibilities: Post and manage internship/job listings across platforms (Unstop, Internshala, LinkedIn) Screen applications and shortlist candidates against role requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews Assist in designing and running onboarding/orientation for new hires Maintain a simple hiring tracker (candidates, stages, status) Support in building HR processes as the company scales (offer letters, exit process, performance tracking) Requirements: Strong communication skills, comfortable reaching out to and screening candidates Organized, reliable, able to manage multiple hiring pipelines at once Prior HR/recruitment exposure (even informal, college fest hiring, club recruitment) is a plus, not mandatory Available for consistent weekly hours

Who can apply
