• The intern will play a key role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding experienced professionals into our empanelment network while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic General Management operations.
• Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential professionals, consultants, and industry experts for empanelment across relevant business functions.
• Reach out to prospects through professional platforms, emails, and calls.
• Manage the end-to-end empanelment process, including initial communication, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the empanelment database with accurate records.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with empaneled experts and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to achieve empanelment goals and improve outreach strategies.
