• About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Empanelment Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources.
• The intern will play a key role in identifying, connecting, and onboarding experienced HR professionals into our empanelment network while gaining hands-on exposure to strategic HR operations.
• Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential HR professionals, recruiters, and industry experts for empanelment.
• Reach out to prospects through professional platforms, emails, and calls.
• Manage the end-to-end empanelment process, including initial communication, follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update the HR empanelment database with accurate records.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with empaneled HRs.
• Collaborate with the internal HR team to achieve empanelment goals and improve outreach strategies.
