• The ideal candidate isn't just looking to match resumes to keywords; you have a deep understanding of people, exceptional emotional intelligence, and a knack for identifying candidates who bring not only the right skills but also the right attitude and behavior to our team.
• What You Will Do: End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the hiring process from start to finish.
• You know exactly how to write, format, and post compelling Job Descriptions (JDs) across various platforms and job boards.
• Behavioral Assessment: Conduct initial screenings and interviews with a strong emphasis on assessing character, behavioral traits, and team fit.
• Candidate Sourcing: Actively seek out top talent and find the "right" people who align with our company's values and culture.
• Team Communication & Onboarding: Use our internal tools to keep the team updated on hiring progress and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
