• Responsibilities Assist the sales team with daily tasks and administrative duties.
• Generate new business leads through various channels, including online research, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Update and maintain customer records in the company CRM system or MS Excel.
• Help prepare sales decks, client proposals, and product packets.
• Answer basic customer questions and set up meetings for senior sales representatives.
