What you'll do

• Key Responsibilities: As an HR Intern, you shall be a part of the dynamic, high-performing team within our Human Resources function.
• You shall be reporting to the Director-HR.
• As an Analyst, you will be responsible for: Sourcing and Talent Pool Expansion: Successfully identify and attract potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Focus on initial calls made to candidates.
• Candidate Screening and Assessment: Efficiently review and evaluate candidate applications, resumes, and profiles to shortlist the most qualified individuals for further evaluation.
• Interviewing and Selection: Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
• Analytical and Driven Mindset: Bring strong analytical skills, ambition, and a passion for learning.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and identifying candidates aligned with job requirements while ensuring timely onboarding.
