• You won't just hit "post"-you will handle the strategic scheduling, tag optimization, visual planning, and viewer analytics that turn viewers into dedicated community members.
• Key Responsibilities: Short-Form Video Distribution & Strategy: Video Optimization: Manage and optimize short-form video delivery systems specifically for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts .
• Hook & Caption Writing: Craft highly engaging, clickable headlines, copy, and structural outlines to retain student attention in the first 3 seconds.
• Trend & Audio Jacking: Constantly source trending audios, native visual formats, and viral editing frameworks relevant to the student ecosystem.
• Planning & Scheduling: Content Calendar: Utilize digital planners and project tools to build and execute a flawless, predictable weekly publishing cadence.
• Peak-Hour Scheduling: Identify and schedule automated video releases to match optimal online time slots for student demographics.
