What you'll do

• What You'd Actually Be Doing: Vendor Empanelment, The One That Unlocks Everything: Getting Proverse onto a company's approved recruitment-vendor list is the gate before any agency revenue exists.
• You'd research target companies, find who owns vendor decisions in TA and procurement, prepare empanelment documentation, manage submissions, and chase them to a decision.
• This is a real, learnable, valuable skill, and most people your age have never been taught it.
• Agency Business Development: Build and work a pipeline of companies hiring for roles we can fill.
• Research, outreach, qualification, and getting the right conversation into the founder's calendar.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, RAG.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
