• Responsibilities Drive supply growth for PROXXI by identifying, approaching, and onboarding local service professionals, mechanics, electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and more onto the platform.
• Design and experiment with multiple outreach strategies to maximize onboarding conversion, including field visits to trade clusters, direct phone outreach, poster/flyer placement at high-footfall locations, and partner referrals and iterate based on what proves most effective in your assigned area.
• Maintain a structured daily log of outreach activity, channels tested, and onboarding outcomes, and share periodic insights with the founding team to inform supply strategy at scale.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Rust, RAG.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
