• Key Responsibilities: Source and screen candidates for various IT positions.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring teams.
• Assist with lead generation and business outreach activities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
