What you'll do

• If you've been experimenting with 3D, building personal projects, or spending hours inside Blender, Maya, Houdini, or Cinema 4D, this internship is for you.
• You'll work on real-world 3D content and creative projects while learning modern production workflows used across animation, visualization, and AI-powered media.
• This is a hands-on internship where you'll create, iterate, and improve actual assets-not just watch tutorials.
• Since the role is remote, you'll need a workstation capable of handling demanding 3D workloads.
• Responsibilities Create and optimize 3D models, environments, and visual assets Assist in animation, rendering, lighting, and scene setup Work closely with the creative team to bring concepts to life Iterate on designs based on feedback and project requirements Maintain organized project files and follow production workflows Requirements Experience with any 3D software such as Maya, Houdini, Cinema 4D, or similar Preferred: Experience with Blender and/or Unreal Engine Basic understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, or animation workflows Creative mindset with attention to detail Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and techniques Mandatory System Requirement: Personal Laptop/Desktop with NVIDIA RTX 30 Series GPU or higher, Minimum 8 GB VRAM (higher is preferred).
• Note: Refining Skills is unable to provide a 3D workstation for this internship.
