What you'll do

• Responsibilities: Host Discovery & Outreach: Proactively identify, reach out to, and recruit local organizers, workshop leads, and community creators to host events on Pods.
• Onboarding & Support: Guide new hosts through setting up their first event, offering hands-on support to ensure a seamless kickoff.
• Social & Community Spotlight: Create lightweight social media content (Reels, stories, host spotlights) to highlight active events and foster genuine community engagement.
• Requirements Communications & Relationship Focus: Background or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-On Outreach Drive: Comfortable initiating cold DMs/emails, building rapport, and following up consistently.
• Social Media Literacy: Experience with basic short-form video editing (Canva, or Instagram/TikTok native tools) and clean, engaging copywriting.
