• About the Company For our consumer marketplace, we are seeking a Community Engagement and Operations Intern to help expand its platform by onboarding community creators.
• Responsibilities Host Discovery & Outreach: Proactively identify, reach out to, and recruit social club hosts, social media creators, podcasters, and community creators.
• Onboarding & Support: Guide new hosts through setting up their first event and offer hands-on support to ensure a seamless kickoff.
• Must be good with operations.
• Social & Community Spotlight: Create lightweight social media content (Reels, stories, host spotlights) to highlight active events and foster genuine community engagement.
• Requirements Communications & Relationship Focus: Background or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Hands-On Outreach Drive: Comfortable initiating cold DMs/emails, building rapport, and following up consistently.
• Social Media Literacy: Experience with basic short-form video editing (Canva, or Instagram/TikTok native tools) and clean, engaging copywriting.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
