What you'll do

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.
• What You’ll Do Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and help shape new features.
• Collaborate with the Co-Founders and Head of Account Management on ad hoc initiatives (e.g.
• trade shows, internal product testing, competitor benchmarking).
• Assist with drafting product specifications and feature requests based on real customer use cases.
• Set up and configure customer accounts tailored to their business needs.
• Be the go-to technical contact for German customers via support chat, WhatsApp, or email.
• Join customer calls alongside Account Managers to provide product expertise and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide administrative support , maintaining customer records and tracking key engagement metrics.

Who can apply

• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Berlin.
