What you'll do

• Replate is hiring for Social Media & Community Marketing Intern About the Company Replate is India's surplus food marketplace, connecting premium bakeries, cafés, and restaurants with customers through discounted "Surprise Bags" of unsold end-of-day food.
• Launched in June 2026, Replate is already live in Hyderabad and Bangalore, boasting 20+ partner outlets and a rapidly expanding community, with nearly all Surprise Bags selling out nightly.
• The company operates with a small, fast-moving founding team, and this intern will work directly with the founders, gaining exposure to marketing, partnerships, and operations within an early-stage startup focused on food rescue and sustainability.
• Responsibilities Create and post engaging content on Instagram, including stories, reels, carousels, and posts, to showcase partner brands, Surprise Bags, and the community.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent activity across all social media channels.
• Conduct outreach to potential partner bakeries, cafés, and restaurants via Instagram DMs and other platforms to generate business leads.
• Collaborate with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators in Hyderabad and Bangalore to expand Replate's reach.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on Instagram and WhatsApp, actively engaging and nurturing the community.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Communication, Campaigns, Analytics.
• Relevant academic or project background for a Social Media & Community Marketing Internship role.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
