• What You'll Own Run Instagram pages end-to-end Find ideas, edit, post, analyse - repeat fast Turn Rigi TV shows into reels, memes & viral formats Use Edits, CapCut, YouTube Create or whatever works Experiment constantly with hooks, formats & trends Chase engagement, virality and business outcomes You'll Fit Right In If: Instagram is basically your second home You understand memes, trends & internet culture You can edit fast and have great content instincts You're a doer, not a deck-maker You take ownership without needing to be chased Bonus: You've run a meme/theme page or have made content that blew up.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
