What you'll do

• We are a high-growth startup working directly with the founding team.
• Responsibilities Build and maintain scalable APIs and backend systems using Django & Django REST Framework.
• Design and manage a hybrid data layer across PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB, balancing structured and unstructured review data.
• Work on user authentication, review storage, and personalized feed generation.
• Build and maintain APIs for the review request flow, email/WhatsApp triggers, hosted review pages, WhatsApp Flows submission.
• Build async processing pipelines with Celery for tasks like notifications, scraping, and content checks.
• Integrate AI/LLM-powered features, review sentiment analysis, AI-generated review summaries, fake/spam review detection, and smart feed ranking.

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Python, Go, Rust, Django.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
