• Identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
• Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly telesales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve sales strategies.
