• Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top student talent.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and career services departments.
• Organize and coordinate campus events, information sessions, and career fairs.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct initial interviews for internship and entry-level positions.
