• Role Overview This role is responsible for proactively identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues in Snapmint's live product, working closely with banks and internal product as well as engineering teams to ensure fast resolution and consistent product quality.
• Key Responsibilities Continuously test and monitor live product flows to identify bugs and issues Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, severity, and impact assessment Track bugs through to resolution, coordinating closely with engineering teams Perform benchmark analysis with the other products available in the market and map funnel metrics with that.
• Conduct regression testing on fixes before release Identify patterns in recurring issues and flag systemic risks Collaborate with both internal and external - product and engineering to prioritise bug fixes based on business impact

• Practical experience with Problem solving, Collaboration, Communication.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
