• Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process models and business process maps.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL and Excel to extract insights and support decision-making.
