• Responsibilities of the Intern: Speak with potential participants, understand their interests, and bring the right individuals into the network Build strong relationships and keep the community engaged over time Experiment with different approaches to sourcing and onboarding Build relationships with relevant external communities and organisations Create engagement: Understand what motivates people to participate and return Think of activities, experiences, and initiatives that bring the community together; test ideas, analyze what works, and improve them Build with the team: Work across research, partnerships, customer understanding, and operations Take ownership of projects and drive them from idea to execution Spot problems, propose solutions, and make things happen Requirements: Ambitious individuals looking to build something meaningful, not just a conventional internship Background or ongoing study in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Sociology, Social Work, or Business (prior experience in community or partnerships is not required) Strong curiosity to understand people and human behaviour Ability to take ownership, spot problems, and drive projects from ideation to execution Enjoy building relationships and creating engaging experiences for others

Who can apply

• Practical experience with Go, iOS.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in online.
