• Responsibilities of the Candidate: Conduct outbound calls to warm and hot leads to answer product questions, address customer objections, and convert them into purchases.
• Coordinate with shipping partners and couriers to ensure seamless delivery and resolve transit exceptions.
• Execute basic campaign setup in Meta Ads Manager, including uploading AI-created assets, applying specified targeting, and launching campaigns.
• Requirements: We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce Performance & Operations Intern.

• Practical experience with Process ownership, Troubleshooting, Communication.
• Experience level: 0-1 yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
