• The platform aims to bridge the gap between idea-stage founders and scalable ventures by providing access to mentorship, partnerships, and growth frameworks.
• This internship provides direct exposure to real-time founder engagement and startup growth execution.
• Responsibilities of the Intern: Identify, research, and target potential founders, startups, and ecosystem partners Execute structured outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess alignment Maintain systematic folow-up cycles to improve conversion rates Support partnership discussions and onboarding coordination Maintain CRM data with accuracy and performance tracking Assist in refining outreach scripts, positioning, and acquisition strategies Provide weekly performance updates and insights Requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills High ownership mindset and execution discipline Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, sales, or growth strategy Comfortable working independently in a remote setup Analytical approach toward tracking and improving performance Prior experience in outreach, sales, or community building (preferred but not mandatory) Performance Metrics: Performance will be evaluated on: Outreach volume and consistency Qualified lead generation Conversion contribution Follow-up effectiveness, strategic input and initiative Compensation: This is an incentive-based internship.
