• Today, we own the AWS Management Console, the AWS Console Mobile App, the AWS Chatbot, and the User Experience Platform used by 200+ AWS service teams to develop and deliver their user experience across multiple channels (web, mobile, chat).
• We are accelerating our investment in agentic AI building an intelligent, agent-powered system that will power the next generation of AWS Management Console development.
• This will fundamentally transform how service teams build, ship, and iterate on console experiences, replacing manual workflows with AI-driven automation, intelligent code generation, and autonomous agents that understand AWS services end-to-end.
• Key job responsibilities Collaborate with experienced cross-disciplinary Amazonians to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market.
• * Design and build innovative technologies in a large distributed computing environment and help lead fundamental changes in the industry.
• * Create solutions to run predictions on distributed systems with exposure to innovative technologies at incredible scale and speed.
• * Design and code the right solutions starting with broadly defined problems.

Requirements

• Practical experience with Java, AWS, LLM, RAG.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in East Palo Alto, California, USA.
