• We're looking for a talented Software Development Engineer with a track record of building and shipping innovative back-end solutions to help shape our team and its technical direction.
• Our systems underpin the full subscription lifecycle, acquisition, billing, payments, accounting, and entitlements, across multiple devices, surfaces, and international marketplaces.
• You'll work on complex problems that span organizational boundaries, designing robust services that handle subscription logic, multi-channel acquisition flows, and compliance requirements across North America, Europe, and East Asia.
• Key job responsibilities You'll design and build scalable back-end services that power subscription creation, lifecycle management, and payment processing for Amazon Kids.

Requirements

• Practical experience with RAG, Android, iOS, Scala.
• Experience level: 3+ yrs.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Comfortable working on-site in Toronto, Ontario, CAN.
