  • In our mission to get packages to you even faster, Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) is building large scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems for optimizing labor planning in fulfillment operations.
  • Our team is looking for Software Development Engineers who love listening to our customers, working as a team, and building large scalable systems.
  • This is an opportunity to build and improve systems that will help Fulfillment Centers (FCs i.e.
  • Amazon Warehouses) and other building types around the world to operate efficiently by providing information and insights to FC operators and software services which rely on real time information for planning and staffing.
  • These systems provide aggregate data and help build an end-to-end picture of FC state to help users make key decisions to improve efficiency and staff optimally.
  • These decisions impact delivery of packages to Amazon customers.
  • Your work will directly influence Amazon business and customer promise.

Requirements

  • Practical experience with LLM, RAG, Scala.
  • Experience level: 3+ yrs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Toronto, Ontario, CAN.
